As a Project Manager within our Major Projects Team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of capital works projects focused on ADG’s existing and future property assets. Based in Darwin, you will lead the coordination of building and facilities projects across airport precincts, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business, operational, and safety requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation including drawings, contracts, and project records. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Major Projects Team based in Darwin. In this key role, you’ll manage the development and delivery of capital works projects focused on existing and future property assets across ADG’s airport precincts. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects meet quality, time, budget, and safety expectations managing everything from procurement and contracts to stakeholder engagement and compliance. This role is perfect for someone with a background in buildings, commercial property, or facilities development, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver capital works projects with a focus on property and building assets Work closely with the Development Managers to meet project goals and milestones Manage contracts, procurement processes, budgets, and project reporting Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, WHS standards, and external regulations Coordinate and maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors Promote a safety-first, sustainability-focused culture across all project activities About You Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, property, or a related field Proven experience in delivering building or property projects (commercial or industrial preferred) Strong ability to manage contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office and project management software Eligible for Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and current NT driver’s licence Why ADG?
