We’re looking for skilled Linehaul Drivers to commence work in March 2026 to help personnel meet mandatory training compliance and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to safely and effectively perform their duties nationwide. How you’ll make the right impact As a Linehaul Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations and delivered within a timely manner to all customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: Load and unload products safely and in accordance with customer requirements, company policy and delivery schedules Carry out daily vehicle inspections, ensuring any issues (potential or current) are raised accordingly and in line with the relevant Toll Group standards and procedures Comply with all legislated road laws and regulations, including both private and public networks Conduct all tasks within a customers’ site or in public arena with professionalism Attend and complete all relevant training as required by both Toll and the customer Actively participate and attend safety and toolbox meetings Actively participate in incident investigations Always operate equipment in a safe manner and within operating processes and procedures Complete all paperwork required by both Toll and the customer to a high standard including use of Electronic Work Diaries Report all defects, hazards, near misses and incidents in an efficient manner Conduct all dealings with honesty and integrity Ensure high levels of customer service What you’ll bring We’re looking for motivated professionals who bring: Ability to work both autonomously and in a close team environment Provide flexibility for the various distribution tasks required Ability to interact with a diverse team at all levels of the organisation’s hierarchy Interpersonal awareness Ability to problem solve Openness and integrity Strong customer focus Ability to interpret and follow work procedures and instructions Eligibility to make the grade To apply for this role, you must: Be an Australian Citizen.
