Your next career opportunity As the Experience Design Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead transformative initiatives within the Enterprise Performance Group, enhancing service experiences across the University. You will drive strategic user journey management, champion human- centred design, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences for students, staff, and academics. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Strategic Design Operations: Manage design operations improvements and set guidelines for experience design. Enhance Human- Centred Design Practices: Oversee the quality of HCD methods and lead key user journey management. Develop and Govern Experience Design Initiatives: Oversee and develop service blueprints, journey maps, digital experience and experience principles. Drive Service Experience & Design Capability Growth: Provide leadership advice and deliver capability uplift across the University. Who we are looking for You will be an experienced design leader with extensive knowledge in experience design and service design, skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving user journey management to create seamless experiences across the University. You will also: Have extensive experience in user research, interaction design, and journey mapping. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems thinking approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital and service experience improvements, ensuring alignment across diverse university touchpoints and stakeholder groups. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration. Be skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
