We’re on the lookout for experienced Boilermakers / Metal Fabricators to join a high-profile, long-term project in Sydney’s CBD — just a 2-minute walk from Central Station . Whether you’re available immediately or looking for your next step soon , this role offers flexibility and long-term stability. Project Details: Start Date: ASAP (Flexible based on availability) $55/hr for 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri (first 10 hrs daily) Flat Rate Roster: Monday to Friday (Some weekend/overtime available) 10hr days Location Access: 2-minute walk from Central Station, Sydney CBD Duration: 12-month full-time engagement with potential for extension Job Duties: Fabrication and installation of structural steel components Perform high-standard stick welding (SMAW) on heavy structural members Work at heights and operate EWP as required Interpret structural steel drawings and welding symbols Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and engineering standards Collaborate with supervisors, riggers, and fellow trades to complete work efficiently Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order Mandatory Qualifications & Certs: Trade Qualification in Boilermaking / Metal Fabrication Proficiency in Stick Welding (SMAW) EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Ticket - valid and current WAH (Working at Heights) Certification - valid and current White Card (Construction Induction Card) Desirable Experience: Prior experience on major infrastructure or commercial steel projects Ability to read and interpret technical fabrication drawings Rigging or Dogging tickets (advantageous but not essential) Key Attributes: Strong commitment to safety protocols Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused To apply, please click 'Apply' or You can also email your resume to jamana.salhab@rprtrades.com About RPR Trades RPR Trades provides recruitment, labor hire, and workforce management solutions through industry experts dedicated to specialized recruitment, optimizing performance, and mitigating risk.
