In this role you will: Assist with planning, scheduling, and service delivery for clients Perform general administrative tasks Support the development of client care plans Assist with staff rostering Assist with outing activities as required Maintain up-to-date client records and information Respond to client queries and provide information about their services Ensure a client-focused approach in all activities What you will need: Demonstrated customer service experience Strong administrative background Experience working within an organisation providing services for older individuals will be highly regarded A caring and compassionate approach to service provision Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound computer skills Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months) or willing to obtain How to apply Applications should include a resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
