Fulltime/Part-time Hall Staffs: ● Pay Rate: o Start at: $25 per hour ● General Responsibilities for Hall Staff: o Maintain the food bar for a clean and inviting presentation. o Ensure tables are promptly cleaned, providing a pleasant dining experience. o Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience. 1 Full-time Manager: ● Annual Package: $65,000 - $70,000 ● Responsibilities: o Conduct staff training o Manage stock orders. o Assist the manager in day-to-day operations. o Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. ● Requirements: o Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the hospitality industry o Ability to speak Korean is an advantage o Strong organizational and leadership skills o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. o Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes 1 Full-time Supervisor: ● Annual Salary: $55,000-60,000 ● Responsibilities: o Oversee and support hall staffs. o Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to standards. o Manage customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels. ● Requirements: o Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the restaurant industry o Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities o Strong interpersonal and communication skills o Ability to handle customer concerns and ensure resolution. o Familiarity with employee scheduling and labor cost management o Ability to speak Korean is an advantage Qualifications for All Positions: ● Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
