The Opportunity This role is a career defining leadership role, guiding a team of 18 specialists to deliver services across 145 properties, supporting 316 tenants. Access to safe and secure housing has a tangible impact on people’s lives and it’s your responsibility, together with your team, to make that impact happen. You’ll oversee four key housing portfolios: Community Housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Repairs and Maintenance, and Real Estate. About You You are a highly emotionally intelligent leader with: Extensive executive experience in community services, member-based organisations, or government (ideally with community or disability housing exposure). A proven ability to cultivate a vibrant, high-performing workplace culture. Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, with a track record of managing large-scale organisations. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to compliance and quality.
