VENUE MANAGER – FULL TIME / PART TIME
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys leadership, and wants to help elevate the brand and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day venue operations
- Lead, train, and support staff across all departments
- Oversee rostering, inventory, and stock ordering
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Handle customer queries, bookings, and issue resolution
- Work closely with owners to execute promotions, events, and goals
- Ensure RSA and WHS compliance at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management experience in hospitality (bar, restaurant, or venue)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask
- Availability for weekends and evenings
- RSA required
