We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, integration across SAP modules, and the ability to deliver end-to-end functional solutions within dynamic project environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Banking, Asset Accounting, REFX, Cash and Liquidity Management, and related interfaces. Facilitate design workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Conduct system testing, user training, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure successful integration of FICO modules with other SAP components. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and optimise financial processes. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. Strong knowledge of FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. In-depth experience with Project System, Results Analysis, Overhead assessment, and month-end close activities. Integration expertise across modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Good to have Skills: Experience in Cash & Liquidity Management, Controlling, Real Estate Management, and CATS. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
