Work with a leading property group with a strong national presence, currently seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join their Sydney operations based in the heart of the CBD. This role is pivotal to driving leasing performance and customer experience across a high-profile portfolio. You’ll be part of an organisation known for its innovation, community focus, and high-quality asset management. Responsibilities: Lead leasing activity to achieve occupancy targets and revenue growth. Manage the full leasing cycle – from enquiry handling and inspections to lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation. Deliver a first-class resident experience, handling move-ins/outs, tenant relations, and service requests. Contribute to marketing campaigns, community engagement, and brand initiatives to build awareness and tenant retention. Oversee compliance, reporting, and operational standards, ensuring facilities are safe, efficient, and presented at the highest level. Mentor and guide a small team, fostering a culture of service excellence. About You: 2 years’ experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing residential real estate. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Confident managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
