Join a tight-knit and collaborative finance team within a growing business based CBD fringe (closest station is Central). This is a full-time, office-based role offering a broad mix of accounting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities in a supportive and professional environment. This role is paying $90,000 - $100,000 super. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy across accounts, payroll, and compliance. The position offers plenty of variety and the chance to contribute across all areas of finance and business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all ATO compliance – BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, and EOFY reporting (with support from an external accountant) Oversee full function Accounts Payable and Receivable Process a small internal payroll Reconcile budgets and assist with forecasting and reporting Manage bank reconciliations and credit card activity Support month-end and compliance reporting Maintain financial data in Xero Provide general finance and administrative support as required About You Background in bookkeeping or accounts support, ideally within a small to medium-sized business Proficient in Xero/MYOB and confident managing multiple priorities High attention to detail and organisational skills Friendly, adaptable, and enjoys working in a close, collaborative team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing business and play a key role in keeping the finance function running smoothly.
