The Role We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who will assist in the overall running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be an integral part of the kitchen operations and day-to-day planning of service. You will assist with stock control and ordering, overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure the highest service standards. There will be training and mentoring along the journey you will also be required to train and mentor other junior chefs. This role is required to ensure that the kitchen is kept compliant with all food, health, and safety regulations. This is all while you ensure the kitchen is kept organized from open to close and especially during service periods. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be required to have, but not limited to the following attributes.
