McArthur Community Care Division has grown steadily over the past six years, becoming a trusted provider of disability and in-home support services across Queensland and nationally. We're now seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take this well-established division into its next phase of growth and innovation. As Manager - Community Care, you'll lead a high-performing team delivering personalised, quality care to clients living with disability. You'll oversee operations, drive service excellence, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including the NDIA, NIISQ, trustees, insurers, and community organisations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Community Care division across Queensland Drive business development and strategic growth initiatives Ensure compliance with NDIS and other regulatory frameworks Oversee recruitment, support and management of a flexible workforce with a focus on quality and retention Foster collaborative relationships with clients, families, referrers and internal teams What You'll Bring: Proven leadership experience in the disability or community services sector Strong understanding of NDIS and in-home support models Demonstrated success in workforce management, stakeholder engagement and service delivery Commercial acumen and experience in budgeting, marketing and business development A values-driven approach and passion for empowering people through care Reporting to the Queensland Managing Director, you'll be part of a supportive leadership team within an organisation that's been shaping Australia's Human Services landscape for over 50 years.
