We’re looking for a compassionate and capable Facility Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our residential aged care home in the beautiful Darling Downs region of Queensland. About the Role As Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring residents receive the highest quality care, while supporting and empowering your team to deliver their best. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of care and support staff Managing budgets, staffing and resources effectively Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and legislation Fostering a culture of teamwork, respect and continuous improvement Building strong, positive relationships with residents, families and the community You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to keep the home operating smoothly and in line with quality and compliance expectations. To be successful, you’ll have: Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care Sound understanding of aged care funding (AN-ACC) and compliance standards Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Current driver’s licence and unrestricted work rights in Australia Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Criminal History Check
