Description We are looking for a motivated and well-organised Payroll Consultant to join our friendly Business Advisory team, who can be based anywhere in AUS! You will work closely with a team of professionals who have gained experience from a range of outsourced payroll providers, Big4 & mid-tier, chartered accounting firms, and large commercial organisations. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing payroll services to our clients. We service a range of clients across local and international companies from different industries, ensuring that they comply with their regulatory and tax requirements in relation to payroll. Your key responsibilities Work closely with the payroll team to process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls Manage regulatory compliance obligations such as Payroll Tax, STP reporting, Superannuation and Salary Packaging Manage client relationships including attending meetings and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Assist with ad hoc projects including new client implementations Continuously develop a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation so our clients remain compliant What you need to be successful Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, providing support and assistance to other team members Ability to work to deadlines and have a genuine customer service first focus Experience using Payroll Metrics or Keypay payroll systems is preferable, but not essential Computer literacy across a range of Microsoft products, in particular Excel What we offer Competitive salary Dynamic working arrangements EAP access supporting a healthy work-life balance Clear career development pathway and ongoing training support If you are ready to join a team of like-minded professionals revolutionising financial services, please apply!
