The Opportunity: Are you passionate about connecting with guests, and working in a beautiful 5-star hotel? We have the opportunity to welcome a Guest Service Agent to the beautiful Crystalbrook Bailey, offering 24-38 hours per week on a part-time basis. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel - ensuring every arrival and departure feels seamless, memorable and full of warmth. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs with precision and care, respond to requests with efficiency and positivity, and share your local knowledge to help guests make the most of their stay in beautiful Cairns. This is a varied, people-focused role suited to someone who loves connecting with others, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Talent: We welcome candidates with previous guest service experience (hotel experience is a real advantage!), who have a passion for interacting with people and an empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs.
