Coordinate and oversee the quality and safety of resident care. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and clinical governance frameworks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams. Promote a supportive, high-performing, and person-centred care culture. Lead policy review and implementation to enhance clinical practice. About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification). Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in aged care. Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and governance. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Confident using clinical systems and technology. Willing and ready to relocate to Katherine, NT (relocation provided).
