Document Management Consultant required to operationalise policies, procedures and systems to drive effective Records Management for a large financial services business. Responsibilities: Manage the activities and performance of Records Management Lead a culture change across the business around correct records management and adherence to policy and procedure Researching, producing and maintaining policy, guidance and key operating procedures to support effective records management Providing advice and guidance on the impact of regulatory change to senior stakeholders across business areas i.e. Data Owners (DOs) Requirements: Strong knowledge and experience of Records Management, preferably within Financial Services Strong influencing and persuasion skills with colleagues at all levels Good communicator both oral and written including proven experience creating reports, policies and training materials, and to communicate complex technical subjects in plain language to colleagues at all levels Click on the 'Apply' button or send your resume to sahuja@fourquarters.com.au
