The Company An exciting full time, temp (with potential for permanent opportunity) has arisen for an experienced AR Officer to work with a national, market leading Manufacturing/Services business based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The company has grown rapidly due to its expanded services offering and success in winning a number of recent large contract tenders. The Role To start ASAP, this integral role is based 100% at their SE suburb’s office and reporting to the Finance Manager, where you will become part of a close knit, collaborative AR team of 2. In this high-volume end to end role, you will be responsible for maintaining all Accounts Receivable procedures/processes with a focus on developing relationships with both key accounts and internal stakeholders The role will include but not be limited to: Responsibilities; Allocations Credit claims Invoicing Receipting Maintaining a large ledger of both small and large volume of accounts Creating new accounts Collections of overdue accounts Dispute resolution Debtors reporting Banking Dealing with credit queries Identifying credit risk Other ad-hoc duties as required by AR Manager About You The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years full function AR experience in a high volume, deadline driven environment. You will have a passion for customer service and love enhancing relationships with key accounts. Having intermediate excel skills (vlook ups/pivot tables) is a massive plus.
