Expanding the business due to future projects being secured. About The Role Leading Hand Carpenter vacancy. Initial project is in Northbridge valued at $3m. Future project locations will be in the North Shore and Northern Beaches areas. Will report into the Site Foreman. Assist with the management of carpenters / apprentices and specialist trades. Salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus Super. Duties Site management of trades and carpenters / apprentices. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting plans and drawings. Assist with scheduling trades and material orders. Liaising with project stakeholders. WH&S. Skills & Experience Carpentry trade background – Certificate III in Carpentry. At least 2 years’ experience as a Qualified Carpenter. Demonstrated experience of residential home construction projects including renovations, extensions and new builds.
