The Role We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives in non-Chinese speaking markets, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and drive growth in diverse international markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Planning Oversee and execute marketing activities for international (non-Chinese speaking) markets Manage marketing initiatives across both Hays Migration and Move2Oz brands Develop and implement targeted marketing plans Research competitor activity in local and overseas markets, providing analytical insights on service offerings and pricing strategies Content & Brand Management Manage the company's online and offline presence including social media (Facebook), website content, newspapers, and marketing materials Create compelling content and collateral that effectively communicates our value proposition and services Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels in coordination with consultation and Chinese market teams Collaboration & Business Development Liaise with the sales team to gather client insights, understand market trends, and develop sales-boosting promotional ideas Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and insurance providers to enhance brand visibility and expand service reach Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all regions Analysis & Optimization Monitor and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to meet company objectives Manage marketing and digital budgets, ensuring optimal campaign implementation and ROI Provide regular performance reports Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in marketing, preferably in migration, education, or professional services sectors Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media management Excellent content creation and copywriting skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Budget management experience Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams Highly Desirable Fluency in a Southeast Asian language (Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, or similar) Experience marketing to Southeast Asian communities Understanding of migration/visa services and the Australian education sector Experience with multicultural marketing campaigns Knowledge of the Adelaide/South Australian market Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Benefits: Work from home Work Location: In person
