Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Counsellor to join our team. You will provide high-quality, client-centered counselling, conduct psychosocial and risk assessments, deliver targeted interventions, coordinate care, and connect clients with community resources to support their overall well-being. Located In Northam Day to day! Provide individual and group counselling treatments addressing a wide range of psychosocial issues. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments to inform treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized care and intervention plans, including crisis support. Coordinate with external health providers. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision. This full-time role offers flexibility, including the option to work up to one day per fortnight from home. We’re also open to a job-share arrangement with two part-time Counsellors. Lets talk about you! As a minimum degree-qualified Counsellor registered with ACA & PACFA you bring experience delivering counselling across a range of therapeutic modalities, including those supporting mental health, trauma, addictions and family dynamics. You communicate with empathy, collaborate effectively, and consistently prioritise person-centred, ethical care.
