Job Description An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager – Warehouse Operations has become available within the Jandakot Region of ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety. What does the role look like? Lead, mentor and empower warehouse teams through recruitment, development, training, performance management and scheduling. Oversee end to end warehouse operations including inventory, receiving and dispatch activities. Plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transport to meet service, safety and cost outcomes. Maintain best practice standards of compliance, safety and cleanliness across the site. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across people, process and safety initiatives.
