We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a consistently high standard. Plan and develop seasonal menus in consultation with the Head Chef and management. Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards. Manage stock control, ordering, and rotation of ingredients to minimise waste. Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and professional kitchen environment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas at all times. Assist in monitoring food costs and portion control in line with venue budgets. Collaborate with management on daily specials and menu promotions. Skills & Experience: Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a busy kitchen environment. Strong understanding of food safety and OHS requirements. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Permanent Full Time role with $75K - $80K (plus super) based on the skills and experience.
