Apply now Job no: 505096 Work type: Ongoing Full Time Location: Sydney Categories: IT/Technology, Marketing/Communications About the role We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with deep technical experience in Braze to help us transform data-driven Marketing at the ABC. You’ll be one of our first Braze specialists, responsible for building email and push campaigns/journeys and managing the overall platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality. What you’ll be doing Manage the build and delivery of 1:1 campaigns and journeys in Braze including design, build, testing and QA. Use platform data and segmentation to drive accurate targeting, personalisation and measurement. Oversee Braze platform performance and health, including technical solutions, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Act as the Braze expert, providing training and technical support to various platform users and maintaining documentation and materials to aid best practice. Build reporting frameworks, dashboards and automated insights to measure engagement and campaign success What you’ll bring Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant experience in data-driven marketing and CRM, with an understanding of data, creative, experimentation, and testing. Advanced technical experience in Braze (ideally certified) and an excellent understanding of campaign automation, configuration and controls for email and push channels. Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, SQL and Braze Liquid.
