What you’ll do: Coordinate and deliver leadership development programs that empower our people and uplift leadership capability. Plan, advertise, and manage logistics for workshops, courses, and programs. Be the go-to for participant communications, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation. Keep our learning systems, action registers and documentation running smoothly. Support in the preparation, facilitation and delivery of workshops, courses and meetings. Administrative and project support to a small, passionate team dedicated to making an impact. About you: You have experience in administrative and coordination support within a learning, training or leadership development environment. You’re confident in preparing accurate documentation and reports and proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems (e.g. SharePoint, Learning Management Systems). Your attention to details is exceptional, you enjoy organising moving parts and have a passion for helping people grow. Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of people. Essential Requirements: Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and/or ability to travel in accordance with position requirements. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience in Business, Human Resources, Learning and Development or Adult Education.
