The opportunity We're seeking a Digital Product Owner, Mobile App to join our Digital & CX team within the Marketing & Growth business unit. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the vision and delivery of our mobile app, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and technology teams to deliver digital features that drive engagement and align with UniSuper's strategy. Key responsibilities: Translate digital strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.Identify and prioritise opportunities that drive growth, engagement, and efficiency.Lead digital opportunities from ideation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop business cases and present work to stakeholders.Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver superior digital experiences.Use data and analytics to inform decisions and monitor performance.Prioritise and manage the product backlog, define features, and support go-live activities.Represent your channel in governance forums and showcase digital change across the business. About you 3 years' experience as a digital product owner, ideally with iOS/Android apps.Proven track record in growing and commercialising mobile apps.Experience delivering digital change using agile and waterfall methodologies.Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics.Comfortable working with CX designers and web developers.Strong initiative, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, IT, Engineering).Scrum product owner certification highly regarded.Experience in superannuation, finance, or ecommerce is an advantage.Experience with Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable.Project management experience is a plus.
