Your new role Work on a variety of projects, including solar installations, commercial fit outs, residential wiring, and air conditioning systems. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in homes, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts and specifications. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards during all installations and repairs. What you'll need to succeed Experience in solar, commercial, or residential electrical work Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Based in Mackay Electrical trade qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician) Current QLD electrical licence and Drivers licence White Card CPR/LVR certification - desirable Experience in residential, commercial, solar installations, or air conditioning systems Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and wiring diagrams What you'll get in return You'll be joining a well-established electrical company based in Mackay, known for its supportive team and flexible approach to work hours - happy to discuss what suits you best.
