Position: Maintenance Officer – Handyman (Casual) Location: Melbourne CBD – Locations vary based on demand Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 38 Hours About the Role: In this role, you will provide essential maintenance support across medical facility sites, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Your duties will include a range of general maintenance tasks, such as: Hanging doors, plastering, concrete remediation, and minor carpentry Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests Maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up for larger repairs Ensuring all work is completed in line with site safety standards and operational needs You will interact with staff, contractors, and the public, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a professional environment. Your ability to manage varying tasks confidently and professionally will be key to your success in this role.
