Job Duties: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, client preferences, and competitor activities across our commercial, residential, and industrial development sectors. Gather and analyse data on project demand, market pricing, investment opportunities, and customer demographics to support business growth and inform site acquisition and development strategies for upcoming projects. Design and implement integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives to promote the company’s property development, construction management, and green energy projects, enhance client acquisition, and strengthen brand recognition. Provide strategic advice to management on key marketing mix elements—including project positioning, pricing, promotional activities, advertising channels, and stakeholder engagement programs—to maximise visibility and sales performance. Create, manage, and monitor both online and offline marketing content to build brand awareness, reinforce the company’s professional reputation in property and renewable energy sectors, and maintain a consistent corporate identity. Collaborate closely with the project management, engineering, sales, and building management teams to deliver targeted marketing campaigns that attract potential tenants, investors, and buyers, supporting overall project objectives. Prepare marketing performance reports, data analyses, and strategic recommendations to guide management decisions and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Identify and develop new marketing channels, industry partnerships, and promotional opportunities to increase the company’s market share and foster long-term client relationships in the property development and construction industry. Desirable Skills & Attributes: At least three years of relevant experience (highly preferable within the real estate agency or property development industry). A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is required. Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly desirable. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and campaign reporting tools. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Copywriting skills for clear, engaging ads, emails, and presentations. A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on execution and accountability.
