The Role As part of the pre-construction and administration team, you will manage the client experience during the prestart and pre-construction phase, conducting 2–3 prestart meetings per week and guiding clients through selections of colours, finishes, and materials. Key Responsibilities: Manage the client experience throughout the prestart and pre-construction stage. Conduct prestart meetings to finalise selections and documentation. Liaise with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and contract administration. Provide design advice ensuring selections are functional, aesthetic, and within budget. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication throughout the process.
