We’re working with a fast-growing property investment agency that’s doing things differently – think zero corporate fluff, no suits, no micromanagement, and definitely no egos. Just a sharp, human-first team helping everyday Aussies make smart moves in property. The business's founder left the corporate world behind to build something better: a down-to-earth, high-trust environment where people are empowered to do great work – and enjoy doing it. They are now looking for a Client Experience Manager who’s proactive, switched-on, and knows how to own a process from start to finish. What you’ll be doing Be the trusted go-to for clients throughout their entire property investment journey – think support, guidance, reassurance, and top-tier service. Manage a portfolio of 20–30 active clients at any time, working closely with our buyer’s agents to keep everything on track and clients in the loop. Use your top-notch communication skills to calm nerves, explain property jargon in plain English, and build genuine relationships that last beyond settlement. Bring your property smarts to every conversation – you'll need to speak the language and have a strong grasp of investment fundamentals. Stay across a lot of moving parts – multiple client files, internal systems, deal timelines – and help spot and solve problems before they become issues. You’re a great fit if you have: 1–2 years of experience in the property industry , ideally in a client-facing role (such as sales, property management, buyer’s agent support, or advisory). Graduates with 6–12 months of B2B sales experience and a genuine interest in building a career in property are also encouraged to apply. A genuine interest in property – whether you’re an investor yourself or just love the game. Strong communication chops – you build rapport quickly and keep things calm when it gets hectic. High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation and initiative – you don’t wait to be told what to do, you just get stuck in. CRM or workflow software experience is a bonus. What success looks like: Clients feel supported, heard, and completely taken care of. Our buyer’s agents love working with you – because you keep things running smooth. Our internal systems are sharp, because of your organisation and input. Clients are so happy they send their mates our way. The culture No micromanagement, no stuffy processes – just smart people doing great work. High autonomy, high trust. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership and the support to grow. A founder who values input, expects initiative, and rewards performance. A startup mindset: sometimes chaotic, always collaborative.
