As an Aquatic Attendant , you’ll be part of the team operating our thrilling aquatic amusement devices, helping guests have an unforgettable day while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind. You’ll deliver world-class service with a smile and ensure every guest experience is as smooth as it is exciting! Key Responsibilities • Operate aquatic amusement devices safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on guest enjoyment • Create amazing guest experiences through friendly, professional, and engaging interactions • Ensure all guests meet ride safety and height requirements before participation • Follow all park policies and safety procedures to keep guests and team members safe • Report any maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly • Confidently perform verbal instructions or attraction scripts to enhance the guest experience What We’re Looking For • Must be 18 years of age or over (due to manufacturer requirements) • A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail • Confidence in following operational procedures and delivering clear, friendly communication • Our parks are at their busiest when the fun is on, so you’ll need to be available across weekends, school holidays, and public holidays • Blue Card is essential* (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however, V RTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service )
