Your Role Chanel College is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Media and Communications Officer . This is a term-time position (38hpw) for commencement in January 2026 as negotiated . The Media and Communications Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic communication and engagement functions of the College. This position facilitates, fosters and maintains relationship and communications with current families, College groups and the wider community, while simultaneously managing marketing and promotions activities to families prospective to the College. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks at an advanced level, ensuring the smooth operation of our school environment. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with marketing, content creation and social media management, such as Canva and Facebook would be advantageous. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
