Full-time, Inner-City Brisbane based position National contractor delivering civil projects Projects ranging up to $30M Our client is a highly successful national civil contractor with a strong presence down South are growing the business in QLD. They will focus on delivering a range of projects including roads, civil infrastructure and urban with TMR and local councils. With a well-established estimating team led by a highly skilled Estimating Manager, we are searching for a Senior Civil Estimator with experience pricing small to medium civil projects including TMR & local council projects. Incorporating multiple disciplines across earthworks, drainage, concrete slabs / structures and roads for local Australian projects. While working closely with the estimating team & management team, your role will include: Preparing accurate tenders on projects First principle estimating Project programming & analysis of the tender documentation Utilising estimating software - Expert Estimation To be successful you must have at least 5 years Estimating experience pricing local civil projects, ideally across roads and urban, with a proven track record of being able to deliver results. Ability to work autonomously with the project team in QLD and Estimating team down South. Relevant degree qualifications desirable - Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or similar. Expert Estimation software experience required.
