The role As an Escalated Complaints Officer, you will: Resolve complaints by reviewing issues, understanding concerns and guiding customers through resolution Provide expert advice and clear written communication to customers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislation and ASIC policies Manage workloads and performance by monitoring complaints, escalating concerns and tracking KPIs Drive process improvements by identifying and documenting opportunities to enhance Registry practices and resources Maintain integrity and detect fraud by analysing trends and escalating suspicious activity About you In addition, you will have: At least twelve months experience in a similar role and a recognised ability to manage technical enquiries Extensive written and verbal communication skills Proficiency and experience in using records management systems Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality View the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
