EOI - Project Manager Location: Perth, WA Company: BGIS About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple key projects. You will oversee designated projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. As a Project Manager, you will develop project strategies, define goals and milestones, coordinate resources, and provide strong leadership to project teams and subcontractors. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with WHSEQ and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities - Plan, develop, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. - Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to achieve performance targets. - Oversee design, tendering, and contract administration processes. - Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as required. - Lead and support project teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. - Ensure compliance with WHSEQ standards and company procedures. - Prepare and present progress reports and project documentation. - Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities. - The PM will act as Agent or Principal representative for the client - Ensure All Works are delivered within an operational environment Knowledge & Experience Essential: - Strong demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering projects or Capex programs. - Experience working within environments governed by QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems. - Ability to adapt quickly to change with a flexible and innovative approach to challenges. - Demonstrated experience in project works related to services infrastructure upgrades and/or building refurbishments. Desirable: - Experience working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management services. - Demonstrated relationship management skills with external clients and contractors, focusing on identifying and strengthening key client partnerships. Qualifications Essential: - Certificate IV in WHSEQ or proven equivalent experience in project management. - Current General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card). - Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Project Management. - Ability to obtain security clearance for Aviation projects (Australian Citizenship required). Desirable: - Post-trade or Post-Graduate qualifications in Building Systems, Project Management,Engineering, or Business Management. - Prior experience in Aviation sector projects.
