This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape service design, strengthen contract performance, and drive innovation across aged care, disability, and community programs. The Opportunity As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Manager – Program Delivery will: Provide tactical leadership across multiple service streams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and community needs; Translate organisational strategy into program-level initiatives that are evidence-based, responsive, and sustainable; Oversee government contract management, ensuring compliance, performance reporting, and strong relationships with funding bodies; Collaborate with senior managers to support operational effectiveness, workforce capability, and continuous improvement; and Contribute to cross-organisational governance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of integrated programs that reflect best practice and sector reform; Ensure quality, compliance, and performance across all funded services; Drive innovation and service integration to enhance impact and sustainability; Represent the organisation in external forums and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships; and Champion values-based leadership and embed mission-driven decision-making across all program areas. About You We are seeking a senior leader with: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Health, or a related discipline; Extensive executive or senior management experience in community services, aged care, disability, or similar sectors; Proven expertise in program design, evaluation, and strategic alignment; Strong contract management skills, including compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement; Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, HSQF, and ISO 9001; Experience leading organisation-wide initiatives such as service integration, reform readiness, and continuous improvement; A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence across teams and functions; and Commitment to values-based leadership and person-centred service delivery. Additional Requirements Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Central Queensland; Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required; and Willingness to contribute to executive governance and represent the organisation externally.
