This full-time role will be integral in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to support our clients' spare parts needs for their Commercial & Agricultural Equipment. From Consolidating Freight Pick up's in Townsville, Deliveries to the Burdekin and visiting Customer Workshop's between Townsville, The Burdekin and Bowen districts. Experience the Industry hands on We are seeing a particular Growth Surge in the West with a diverse range of Equipment, and a Strong knowledge of Western Star and Freightliner Product would be highly sort after. The opportunity to grow this range along with Filtration could lead to Bonuses. What you'll be doing Interpret and understand complex technical specifications and diagrams to accurately identify and source the right spare parts for our clients' commercial vehicles Provide knowledgeable and friendly advice to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure their parts requirements are met efficiently Maintain detailed records of all customer enquiries and orders to support ongoing parts management and inventory control Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and superior customer experience Stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations, industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations to customers What we're looking for Proven experience as a parts interpreter or sales consultant in the commercial vehicle & Agricultural industry Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly comprehend complex product specifications and schematics Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in plain language A collaborative approach and the willingness to work as part of a close-knit team to achieve shared goals A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment What we offer At TPD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
