What You’ll Be Doing As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Life Insurance Brokers. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be actively involved in both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic growth of your team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Driving performance by setting clear goals, creating structure, and fostering accountabilityProviding regular coaching, feedback, and development plans, including call reviewsSupporting new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding and fast startPromoting a customer-first approach and championing best-practice sales methodologiesLeading weekly sales meetings and monthly planning sessionsMaintaining a strong focus on compliance, quality assurance, and client retentionCultivating a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture This is a hands-on leadership role, one where you’ll be actively engaged with your team’s day-to-day and strategic development.
