Job Description Commercial Contracts Manager – Water Infrastructure Location: North Sydney, NSW Duration: 6-Month Contract Start: ASAP Rate: Competitive Daily Rates We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join a leading water infrastructure delivery team based in North Sydney. This role offers an immediate start on a 6-month contract, working across a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of multiple water infrastructure projects.Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and procurement processes.Support project delivery teams with commercial strategy, cost control, and risk management.Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Contribute to project reporting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contract Administrator in civil or water infrastructure.Strong understanding of contract law, commercial management, and construction contracts (GC21, AS2124, AS4000, etc.).Experience managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects within a principal or tier 1 contractor environment.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
