About the Role Reporting to the Education Director and the Education Manager, the Education Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the delivery of the VLF's education programs and events for secondary school students, community and legal sectors. These include community legal education events such as Victorian Law Week and a range of education programs that engage secondary school students to improve their understanding of the legal system. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, key responsibilities include: Undertaking a broad range of administration, logistics and coordination activities to support the delivery of all aspects of VLFs education programs and events, including briefs, run sheets, invitations and bookings and program evaluations. Assisting with the development of marketing collateral. Engaging and supporting the management of stakeholders, suppliers and presenters and attending and assisting at events as required. Assisting with cross-functional collaboration, including assisting with cross-functional project and event support across VLF. About You You are committed to improving access to justice by assisting deliver impactful educational programs and events. To do this successfully, you will: have experience supporting event planning, delivery, and coordination across diverse audiences. have demonstrated ability to assist and work collaboratively within dynamic teams. have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. be proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. have attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. be flexible, proactive, and willing to take on varied responsibilities as needed. have a valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
