The Role We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly-organised Social Media Manager to join our growing social team. This is a full-time, client-facing role perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and has a genuine passion for the beauty, health, and wellness industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of several key client accounts, from developing strategy and content to fostering community engagement and delivering detailed analytical reports . Success in this role means seamlessly integrating your social strategies with the client's wider marketing and PR plans, which you will develop in close collaboration with our award-winning publicity team . Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of client social media accounts (including, but not limited to, Instagram and TikTok). Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media growth and engagement strategies tailored to each client's unique brand and business objectives. Client Relations: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your social media clients, building strong, trusted, and professional relationships. Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the content creation process, including planning, art direction, and briefing, ensuring all content is high-quality and on-brand . Community Management: Foster and grow a positive and engaged community for your clients, aligning with their established Tone of Voice. Collaboration: Work in lock-step with the PR team to ensure all communications (PR, social, influencer) are integrated, timely, and cohesive . Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive analytical reports, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients. Budget Management: Assist the Social Media Director in managing content creation budgets and paid social media spend for your clients. Who We're Looking For Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a social media management role, ideally within an agency setting. Industry Passion: A deep, authentic passion for and knowledge of the beauty, health, and wellness industry is essential. You know the trends, the brands, and the creators. Platform Expert: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including algorithm nuances, content trends, and paid advertising fundamentals. Data & Instinct: You are highly analytical and data-driven, but also trust your creative instinct. You can read a report and know why something worked, not just that it worked. Creative Eye: You are a "beauty junkie" with a strong aesthetic eye and the ability to develop and protect a brand's specific tone of voice. Organised & Client-Facing: You are exceptionally organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
