In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and deliver individualised learning programs that meet the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional learning needs. Support classroom teachers to differentiate curriculum and implement inclusive teaching practices. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment focused on wellbeing and engagement. Work closely with parents, carers, and allied professionals to provide holistic student support. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to school-wide inclusion initiatives. Essential Requirements Recognised teaching qualification with a focus or experience in Special Education. Current (or eligibility for) registration with the Teacher Registration Board of the Northern Territory . Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and diverse learner support.
