About the Role: This is a full-time, Monday to Friday Commercial Property Manager role managing a portfolio of around 160 properties. You’ll be supported by two experienced administrators, allowing you to focus on relationship management and portfolio performance rather than admin. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of industrial and retail tenancies Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and renewals Coordinating maintenance and repairs Ensuring compliance and accurate documentation Conducting inspections and managing outgoings Working closely with the directors and admin team to deliver exceptional service About You: We’re looking for someone with: Experience managing a property portfolio (residential or commercial) A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial property management Strong communication and organisational skills A team-first attitude and willingness to learn Agent’s Representative Certificate and a current driver’s licence Australian citizenship or permanent residency Experience using GOAT is advantageous but not essential This role would suit either an experienced Commercial Property Manager or a Residential Property Manager ready to transition into the commercial sector.
