HSE Advisors - Mining & Construction Projects C.E.M. Alliance is currently seeking multiple HSE Advisors to support major Construction and Production Mining projects across the Goldfields , with further upcoming opportunities across the WA resources sector. Positions Available: HSE Advisors - Multiple Roster: 2:1 FIFO Day Shift: $85/hr Night Shift: $97/hr 12-hour shifts About the Role Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, safe‑work procedures, and HSE standards in accordance with the project specific HSE Management Plans. Provide specialist guidance on risk assessments, safety documentation, incident investigations, and accident reporting Lead internal and third‑party HSE audits, support with tender and pre-qualification documentation Play an active role in the delivery of weekly toolbox, daily prestart sessions, and HSE inspections on site About You Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (BSB41419) Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or construction (open-pit, civil, or infrastructure projects) Demonstrated ability to train and assess heavy mobile plant operators Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong communicator, highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently Why Join C.E.M.
