Our client in Wollongong is on the lookout for a Receptionist/ Front Office Manager to join their team! About the Role As the Receptionist/ Front Office Manager you’ll be the welcoming face of the agency and a key support to the sales and property management teams. You’ll play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Managing reception and administrative duties Supporting the Property Management and Sales teams with admin support Assisting the Marketing team with administration support and social media Maintaining a polished and positive office environment Assisting with general office operations and client communication The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
