ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Senior Programmer/Planner to join a leading top tier civil engineering and infrastructure company in supporting multiple large-scale projects across the Water, Defence, and Transportation sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Support project teams by integrating design, construction, and commissioning activities across multiple disciplines. Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure alignment between schedule, cost, and resource data. Produce cost-loaded and resource-loaded programs and forecasts, particularly for Defence-related projects. Track and report on schedule performance, earned value, and budget forecasting. Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project delivery targets. Support planning and reporting requirements for senior management and client progress reviews. Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all active project schedules. Provide input into continuous improvement of project planning systems and processes. About You Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Planning. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; experience in developing cost and resource-loaded programs essential. Minimum 8 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling within major infrastructure projects. Previously demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. Practical and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
