The Role The Principal Consultant contributes to the strategic direction and alignment of key functional areas across the Division by providing high-level professional and strategic management support to the Executive Director, People Services, to ensure the effective development, implementation, and coordination of the Division’s operations, projects, programs, and initiatives. The role requires superior written skills, critical thinking and an ability to pivot quickly to respond to changing deadlines. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and thrive working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Previous experience working in human resource management areas would be advantageous.
