The Construction & Projects team work with clients across multi-residential developments, hotels, engineering projects, infrastructure and domestic construction projects. They are involved in both contractual dispute matters and transactional matters. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities include; Diary and travel management; Managing incoming calls for the team; Organising department meetings; Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence/documentation; Preparing Legal documents; Lodging Court documents; Billing and Reporting; Ad hoc Administrative duties This is an Intermediate to Senior level Legal Administration/Secretarial role, which requires Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word), and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
